As a FlagShip client, you have exclusive access to our easy to use online shipping system that is linked to Canada’s leading couriers. Did you know that when creating a shipment in your FlagShip account, there are certain fields that have been automatically defaulted for you? Don’t worry though because these options can be easily changed.

Here are some examples of shipping options that you can manually change when creating a shipment:

– Pickup location is automatically set to “Reception” but can be easily changed by selecting other options such as “Loading dock” or “Warehouse” in the drop-down menu

– Pickup hours are automatically set to “9:00am to 5:00pm” but can be manually adjusted

– Signature Required is automatically set to “No” but can be changed accordingly.

In order to change your default settings, all you will need to do is click on “My Company” on the top right corner and select “Information”. This will lead you to a new page where you can then scroll to the end of the page to adjust any fields need in the “System Defaults” section.
