Email Notifications

When creating a shipment on FlagShip’s online shipping system, an email address can be included for the shipper or receiver – or both. Notifications will be sent to that email as the package moves through the carrier’s system. For example, you will receive notifications if there has been a delay, if there is an issue with the address or when the package has been delivered.

Using the FlagShip Online Shipping System

  1. Log In: Start by logging into your FlagShip account.
  2. Navigate to Shipments:
    • Go to the “Manage” tab.
    • From the drop-down menu, select “Shipments”. Here, you can view shipments created for the current day.
  3. View Past Shipments: Click on “Advanced Search” to filter by the desired timeframe (e.g., all past dates, all future dates).
  4. Track Your Shipment:
    • In the shipments page, click on the tracking number of the shipment you wish to track. This will redirect you to the carrier’s website, where you can see if the shipment has been delivered, who signed for it, and any issues that could delay the delivery.
    • If there are any issues, contact our customer service team for assistance.

Using the FlagShip Mobile App to track your shipment

  1. Download the App: Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
  2. Log In: Create an account and or log in 
  3. Enter Tracking Number: Input your tracking number and tap “Track Now”.
  4. View Shipment Status: The app will display the latest information on your shipment, including its current location and estimated delivery date.
  5. Filter Shipments: Easily filter through your shipments using courier, tracking number, tracking status, or date range.
