I Need to View a Past Shipment Processed by FlagShip – How Can I Find It?

How can I view a past shipment that was processed in FlagShip’s system? All of the shipments that you have ever created in FlagShip’s shipping system stay there and can easily be found when needed.

Here are the steps to find a shipment in FlagShip’s system:

  1. Go to the Shipping drop-down and click on Manage Shipments.
  2. Click on Search and a Search Filters section will open. 
  3. Scroll to the shipment date field, click on the drop down and you will see all of the possible search options.
  4. Once you have chosen your option, click on search and then all of the appropriate shipments will come up.
