FlagShip has re-tooled our invoices to give customers a clearer picture of their shipping charges at a glance, including courier adjustments.
Take a look at the new format:
PART 1:
Overview of Charges and Amount Due
An itemized breakdown of the week’s charges including:
- Total shipping fees
- Total courier adjustments, only if such charges apply to this invoice (eg. residential delivery, special handling, etc.)
- Balance outstanding
PART 2:
Shipment Details
An itemized list of each shipment you made showing total charge for each including your shipping fees and any surcharges incurred
PART 3:
Courier Adjustments Breakdown
An itemized list of individual additional charges including courier adjustments
