If you created and finalized a shipment in FlagShip’s shipping system a label is automatically generated. Let’s say you have fully processed a shipment and then decide you no longer need your shipment processed, your next step should be to cancel the shipment in the system.

I created a shipping label but I’m not using it – what can I do? If you created and finalized a shipment in FlagShip’s online shipping system, a label is automatically generated. Let’s say you have fully processed a shipment and then decide you no longer need your shipment processed; your next step should be to cancel the shipment in the system.

Here are the steps to cancel your shipment:

  1. Go to the Shipping tab and select Manage Shipments.
  2. Find the shipment you want to delete and click on the “+More” tab to open a drop-down and click on Cancel.
  3. Your shipment is now canceled.

**Please note that you can only cancel shipments on the same day they were created. If you realize that the shipping label will not be used after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team for assistance. You can reach us by calling 1-866-320-8383 or emailing support@flagshipcompany.com. One of our representatives will be happy to cancel it for you.

If the shipping label never gets used and never gets canceled in FlagShip’s system, it will appear on your invoice. If this occurs, we can easily remove this amount from your invoice. Simply call us or email invoicing@flagshipcompany.com, and someone will be happy to help you.
