For current FlagShip customers, here is how it works:

In FlagShip’s online shipping system, you can easily create a shipment that will be charged to the consignee or a third party with a few simple steps:

  1. In the NEW SHIPMENT screen, go to the OPTION section. Choose the payment option in the OPTION section.
  2. For collect shipments simply indicate the customer account number. For third party shipments indicate the customer account number and full billing information for the company paying for the shipment.
  3. In the RATE screen it is important to choose the right courier and service required.
  4. A transactional fee of $1.95 will be billed to you and all transportation charges will be billed to collect/3rd party company.
