How do I track a package to ensure that it gets delivered on time?
Track a package you ship with FlagShip at any time of day or night! Any of your past and even future shipments created through FlagShip’s online shipping system, are easily accessible at all times in just a few simple steps.
Here is how to track a package after your shipment has been processed:
Once you log in to your FlagShip account, you will be able to access your shipments in the “Manage” tab. From the “Manage” tab, a drop-down menu will appear where you will then select “Shipments”. In this page, you will be able to view any shipments created for the present day. To view any past shipments, simply click on “Advanced Search” and filter by the time frame needed (ex: all past dates, all future dates, etc).
In your shipments page, you will also have the option to track your shipment by simply clicking on the tracking number. This will lead you directly to the carrier’s website where you will be able to find out if your shipment has been delivered, who signed for it, and if there are any issues that could delay the delivery time. In the case that there is an issue with your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
HELPFUL TIP: Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to track a package to ensure that there are no issues with the delivery. The shipping carriers do not always contact the shipper if there is an issue that needs to be resolved.
