Track your shipments in two easy ways
Once you process a shipment and it leaves your office doors, do you want to keep track of where it is in real-time? And track when it has been delivered? FlagShip offers two ways to track your shipments, providing you the option of tracking on your terms, and what suits your business best.
Option 1 – receive email notifications
When creating a shipment in FlagShip’s online shipping system, an email address can be included for the shipper/receiver or both. Notifications will be sent to that email as the package moves through the couriers system. For example, you will receive notifications if there has been a delay, if there is an issue with the address or when the package has been delivered.
Option 2 – track your shipments online
If you do not wish to receive email updates all packages can be tracked from FlagShip’s online shipping system. The first step is to find the shipment in question. This can be achieved by taking the following steps once in the shipping system:
- Go to “Manage Shipments”
- Choose the date (i.e. yesterday, last week, last month) or click on “Advanced Search” for more options
- Click on the blue tracking number of the shipment. This will bring you directly to the courier’s website where all of the tracking information is located.
