As a FlagShip client, have you ever wondered when you should call FlagShip and when you should call the carriers directly? The answer to this question is simple – you should always call FlagShip first.

For example, if you receive a notice that there is a problem with a delivery address – contact FlagShip rather than the carriers.  We will provide the correct information to the carrier and follow up to make sure that your package is delivered correctly.

Whether you have questions about a lost or damaged package, need to schedule a pickup, resolve an address correction (as you should to avoid fees!) or simply check on the progress of a shipped parcel, call us.
