Creating Extra Users for Your Flagship Account

As a FlagShip client, you have access to our online shipping system. We previously talked about the importance of having a shipment management system and how our system provides clients with personalized options to facilitate day-to-day shipping.

One question that we often get is how to create extra users for the account. When you register with FlagShip, one user is activated and is labeled the “Account Manager”. The Account Manager has access to FlagShip’s shipping system, the company’s shipping information, invoicing, and shipping. At any time, the Account Manager can create extra users while limiting or broadening access to invoicing and/or shipping.

To do this, simply login to your account, click on your name in the upper right hand corner and click on “User Accounts” in the drop down. After logging in on the next page, click on “All Users” in the menu bar at the top. After you finish entering the new account details such as the name, e-mail address, and permission levels, click save and your new user is ready to go.
