  • The second major way that we help our customers is to find solutions for any problems that may arise. If a package is delayed, stuck at customs or if an address is incorrect, we will take care of this for you.  We work with our partners at Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canpar and GLS to ensure that there is positive resolution to your situation.
